Mechanism for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCM) is a multi-sectoral coordinating body established to lead and coordinate national efforts to prevent and control non-communicable diseases (NCDs), to promote health lifestyles, and address mental health priorities in the Republic of Palau.<\/p><p>The NCM brings together representatives from government agencies, civil society organizations, the private sector, faith-based organizations, and community stakeholders to support a coordinated, whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach to improving population health.<\/p><p>The NCM provides leadership and oversight for the implementation of the Palau NCD Strategic Plan 2025-2030, fostering collaboration, policy, development, resource mobilization, and accountability among
